Creating an account is simple: Click "Start Free Trial" on our homepage, enter your email address, create a password, and verify your email. You can also sign up using Google or Facebook for one-click registration.

After signing in, go to Settings to complete your profile. Add your investment preferences, target markets, and financial goals. This helps our AI provide more personalized recommendations.

Use the search bar on the dashboard to enter an address, city, or ZIP code. Apply filters for price range, property type, and investment metrics. Click on any property card to see detailed analysis.

Your dashboard shows saved properties, recent searches, market alerts, and portfolio performance. Use the sidebar to navigate between features like AI Chat, Property Search, and Portfolio Tracking.

Filter properties by price, bedrooms, bathrooms, property type, and investment metrics like cap rate and cash-on-cash return. Save filter presets for quick access to your preferred criteria.

Property cards display key information: price, estimated rent, cap rate, and investment score. The color-coded score (green/yellow/red) gives a quick indication of investment potential.

Click the heart icon on any property to save it to your favorites. Access saved properties from your dashboard. You can organize them into lists and add notes for each property.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) through our secure payment processor Stripe. Card details are never stored on our servers.

Cancel anytime from Settings > Subscription. Your access continues until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees. Reactivate anytime to restore your data.

Access billing history in Settings > Billing. Download PDF invoices for any transaction. Receipts are also emailed automatically after each payment.

Click "Add to Portfolio" on any property analysis. Enter purchase details, financing terms, and actual expenses. The system will track performance against projections.
